"Shopify Odoo Connector" module provides an easy facility to handle more than one Shopify stores from one place. Admin can view store wise Products, Orders, Customers, Locations etc.

On your dashboard, Instance(Shopify store) wise Products and Orders counting are displayed in the graph view.
Other informations like all Instances(Shopify stores) and their Locations data also displayed in the dashboard.
- You can view all instances in "Instances" menu.
- It display instance related data like Instance Name, Logo, Domain, Connection Status, Active Status etc.
Please follow these steps:
Step 1 : Click on the "Instances -> Create" button.
Step 2 : Add Shopify store related details like Store Name, API Key, API Password, Version and Store URL(ex: xyz.myshopify.com) etc. All details you will get from Shopify store's private app.
Step 3 : Then Click on the "Save" button.
Step 4 : You will get a "Connected" status if your Shopify store is successfully connected with "Shopify Odoo Connector" module.
Step 5 : You will get store related other details at "Store Details" tab on successful connection with your Shopify store.
Please follow these steps:
Step 1 : Open your Shopify store.
Step 2 : Click on the "Settings -> Apps and sales channels -> Develop apps".
Step 3 : Then click on your Private app, which is already created.
Step 4 : For API Key, go to the "API credentials" tab and get your API key data from "API key and secret key -> API key".
Step 5 : For API Password, go to the "API credentials" tab and get your API password data from "Admin API access token".
Step 6 : For Version, go to the "Configuration" tab and get version from "Webhook version".
Please follow these steps:
Step 1 : Open your Shopify store.
Step 2 : Click on the "Settings -> Apps and sales channels -> Develop apps".
Step 3 : Then click on the "Create an app" button.
Step 4 : Enter your app name. Then click on the "Create app" button.
Step 5 : Your app is created. Now configure "Admin API integration" and add "Admin API access scopes" from the "Configuration" tab.
You need to set below scopes to run a "Shopify Odoo Connector" module:
- Order
- Customers
- Locations
- Products
- Inventory
Step 6 : Then install your app by clicking on the "Install App" button. Now your private app created successfully.
Shopify Products Mapping
It displays instance wise data like:
- Shopify Products: It lists all Shopify products which are imported from Shopify stores to "Shopify Odoo Connector" module.
- Odoo Products: It lists all Odoo products which are created in "Shopify Odoo Connector" module and exported in your Shopify stores.
Note: Products which are imported in "Shopify Odoo Connector" module, are displayed in the "Sales" module of Odoo too as shown below:
Please follow these steps:
Step 1 : Click on the "Shopify Products" link from instance wise products mapping.
Step 2 : You can see a list of all products which are imported from a specified Shopify store as shown below:
Step 3 : Click on any product, to see details of product.
You can see product details like:
- Product Name
- Product Status
- Product Description
- Product Instance Name (Instance name in which product imported)
- Product Exported Instances Tags (List of all instances tags which exported particular product)
- Product Vendor
- Product Tags
- Product Options, Variants and Images
How to view product options?
You can see the product's options in the "Options" tab of the product details.
You can see product options details like:
- Option Name
- Option Value
How to view product variants?
You can see the product's variants in the "Variants" tab of the product details.
You can see product variants details like:
- Variant Image
- Variant Title
- Variant SKU
- Inventory Quantity
- Price
- Compare At Price
How to view product images?
You can see the product's images in the "Images" tab of the product details.
Edit your product data which you want to edit, then export product data in Shopify store(same store) by clicking on the "Edit And Export" button.
Note: Product data will be updated in same Shopify store(From which prooduct is imported) if product exists otherwise create a new product.
Please follow these steps:
Step 1: Select products from list, which you want to export in Shopify store.
Step 2: Click on the "Action -> Export to shopify" option.
Step 3: Select an Instance from popup in which you want to export your products.
Step 4: Then click on the "Export" button.
Step 5: You will get a success message on a successful export.
Note:
- Product data will be updated in Shopify store if product already exists in your Shopify store, otherwise create a new product in specified Shopify store.
- If you want to export all Shopify products of one store to another Shopify store, then use "Export" option of "Operations" menu.
Shopify products which are imported in "Shopify Odoo Connector" module, their Options details like Option Id, Option Name, Option Values, Instance, Product Name etc. listed in options menu under Shopify products mapping.
Shopify products which are imported in "Shopify Odoo Connector" module, their Variants details like Variant Image, Variant Id, Title, Price, SKU, Inventory Quantity, Instance, Product Name etc. listed in variants menu under Shopify products mapping.
Odoo Products Mapping
Please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to "Products -> Odoo Products Mapping -> Products".
Step 2: Click on the "Create" button.
Step 3: Enter all details of the product like Name, Vendor, Description, Options, Variants, Images etc.
Step 4: Then click on the "Save" button.
Please follow these steps:
Step 1: Select all products which are created in "Shopify Odoo Connector" module and you want to export in Shopify store.
Step 2: Click on the "Action -> Export to shopify" menu.
Step 3: Select an "Instance" from popup, In which you want to export your product.
Step 4: Then click on the "Export" button.
Step 5: You will get a success message on a successful export.
Note: Product data will be updated in Shopify store if product already exists in your Shopify store otherwise create a new product in specified Shopify store.
Odoo products which are created in "Shopify Odoo Connector" module, their Options details like Option Name, Option Value, Product Name etc. listed in options menu under Odoo products mapping.
Odoo products which are created in "Shopify Odoo Connector" module, their Variants details like Variant Image, Title, Price, SKU, Inventory Quantity, Product Name etc. listed in variants menu under Odoo products mapping.
You can see list of all the orders which are imported from your Shopify stores.
If you want to view order details, then click on order name.
You can see order details like:
- Customer Name
- Order Date
- Total Price, Tax, Discount
- Fulfillment Status, Payment Status
- Order Products
Please follow these steps:
Step 1 : Click on order name from order list.
Step 2 : Then click on the "Invoice" button.
Step 3 : You can see a preview of the order invoice.
Step 4 : Click on the "Print" button to print the order invoice.
Please follow these steps:
Step 1 : Click on order name from order list.
Step 2 : Click on the "Sync Order" button.
Step 3 : You can see refreshed order details.
You can see all the customers which are imported from your Shopify stores.
If you want to view customer details, then click on customer name.
You can see customer details like:
- Customer Name
- Phone Number
- Address
- Total Amount Spent
- Total Orders
- Orders Data
Admin can import Products, Orders and Customers from selected Shopify stores to "Shopify Odoo Connector" module.
Please follow these steps:
Step 1 : Click on the "Operations -> Import" submenu. You will get a popup for import.
Step 2 : Select your Instance from which you want to import products/orders/customers.
Step 3 : Then select a checkboxes of Products, Customers or Orders which data you want to import in your "Shopify Odoo Connector" module.
Step 4 : Click on the "Import" button.
Step 5 : Then you will get a message to wait for sometime to get your Shopify data in "Shopify Odoo Connector" module.
Step 6 : Click on the "Ok" button.
Step 7 : You will get all the Products/Orders/customers from your Shopify store to "Shopify Odoo Connector" module in sometime.
Note: Products/Orders/Customers will updated, if already exist in "Shopify Odoo Connector" module or create if not exists.
Admin can export all products from one Shopify store to another Shopify store.
Please follow these steps:
Step 1 : Click on the "Export" submenu. You will get a popup for export.
Step 2 : Select your "From Instance", means which store's all products you want to export.
Step 3 : Select your "To Instance", means in which store you want all exported products.
Step 4 : Click on the "Export" button.
Step 5 : Then you will get a message to wait for sometime to export your products from one Shopify store to another Shopify store.
Step 6 : Click on the "Ok" button.
Step 7 : You will get all the products (Which are available in your "Shopify Odoo Connector" module) in your Shopify store.
Note: Products will update, if already exist in your Shopify store or create if not exists.
All locations of instances(Shopify stores) are displayed in "Locations" menu.
If you want to view location details, then click on location name.
You can see location details like:
- Location Name
- Instance Name
- Location Id
- Product Variants Data
